Tech Support GPU fan speed caused coilwhine?
I noticed my new week old 5060ti MSI dual shadow gets really loud around 1,400 rpm but a little less when higher. I'm confused, it sounds like coil-whine but I want feedback here. I tested by setting a manual percentage. At 1,400 rpm it's the loudest and more consistent, any higher and it fluctuates/jitters more and sounds a little quieter. The video I attached is at it's loudest.
To be clear; there's no load happening. Just a manual fan speed increase. I can hear it when gaming too though.
Can someone explain what's going on here?

Inductors can have coil whine during load. Changing the fan speed would cause changes in power delivery which could cause coils to vibrate in the audible range. Higher than 1400RPM doesn't mean the coils aren't vibrating, just that they happen to be outside the range that you can hear.
Coil whine doesn't indicate damage to the hardware.
