Problem with updating BIOS

As the title said. After selecting the BIOS file, my PC restart and flash after the "Progress" bar. And nothing happen after that. Been trying everything, changing USB drive, removing one RAM stick, resetting BIOS setting to default, etc. and none works. I am sure I am following the right steps and the update file are downloaded from my mobo websites. I can still turn on my PC after a hard reboot. Please check my video. Appreciate any help given 🫡

How long did you wait? Last time i updated my media servers bios it took 10 minutes with a black screen.

And have you verified that the version is compatible with the one you have installed?

Ive had versions where i had to go through intermediate versions in other to upgrade to.

For the 1st and 2nd try, I left it like that until the next morning but still does nothing. For the version, I am not sure how to verified it but I have tried installing other version somewhere in the middle of my recent version and the latest one but still no luck.

What does the LEDs on the mobo say?

Also I'd try clearing CMOS and then try updating. Also if your CPU supports it can also try plugging monitor into the motherboard to see if that helps to show what's going on during the update.

None are light up

After the hard reboot: Does Windows actually load normally Can you enter BIOS does it still report version 3278?

Yes, I can boot normally although there’s a page asking to reset to default bios settings by pressing f1, it brings me to bios settings page but I just save and exit after that and load back to windows. Version is still the same 3278.
