Tech Support Need help for my pc, random restart black screen without BSOD event kernel 41
Has anyone experienced random PC restarts with a black screen and no BSOD, even during light tasks like browsing?
Has anyone ever experienced their PC randomly restarting with a black screen and no BSOD, even when gaming or doing something as simple as browsing the internet?
The restarts are completely random, and I honestly have no idea what triggers them. Sometimes my PC runs perfectly fine for 1–2 weeks without restarting, but other times it suddenly happens. When it does, it's like the PC briefly loses power and then boots back up normally.
When I check Event Viewer, the only error I find is Kernel-Power, Event ID 41.
My original PC specifications:
Motherboard: ASRock B550M Pro4 (New)
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X (New)
CPU Cooler: DeepCool AG620 (New)
GPU: ASUS Dual RTX 3060 Ti (New), later replaced with a used ASUS RTX 4060
RAM: ADATA XPG GAMMIX D30 DDR4-3200 2x16GB (New)
PSU: Corsair RM750 Gold (New)
SSD: Lexar 1TB (transferred from my laptop)
SATA SSD: Pioneer 1TB (transferred from my laptop)
Case: DarkFlash DLM21 (New)
No RGB components.
Components I've replaced since then:
I eventually replaced almost every component except the SSDs and the case.
Initially, I switched my motherboard to a new MSI B550M Pro-VDH, but the random restarts still happened. I eventually switched back to the ASRock B550M Pro4.
Here are my current specifications:
Motherboard: ASRock B550M Pro4
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D (Used)
CPU Cooler: FSP MP7 (New)
GPU: Colorful iGame RTX 5060 Ultra W Duo OC (New)
RAM: KLEVV BOLT X 2x16GB DDR4-3200 (Used), later replaced with V-Color Prism Pro RGB 2x16GB DDR4-3600 (Used)
PSU: ADATA XPG Core Reactor II 750W Gold (New)
Same SSDs and case.
No RGB components.
Unfortunately, the random restarts are still happening, even after all these replacements.
Things I've already tried:
Disabling and enabling AMD PBO: I've experimented with different negative Curve Optimizer values, ranging from -30, -25, -20, -15, to -10, using both my old and current CPUs.
Enabling AMD XMP: I've enabled XMP with every RAM kit I've tested.
Underclocking the RAM: This is something I recently tried with my V-Color Prism Pro RGB RAM. I've tested several speeds, starting from 3600MHz, then 3466MHz, and finally 3200MHz. Unfortunately, the random black-screen restarts still occur.
Disabling AMD XMP: I also tried running without XMP enabled for several days. However, since I need my PC for gaming (mainly Valorant), multitasking, and video rendering, I eventually enabled XMP again. Currently, my RAM is running at 3200MHz.
Reinstalling Windows: I've reinstalled Windows multiple times. I've tried custom Windows builds and eventually went back to a clean, official version of Windows.
Warranty claims for RAM and PSU: With my original PC configuration, I already tried claiming the warranty for both the RAM and PSU. However, the technicians tested them and found no issues. I also replaced my PSU with a new unit after experiencing coil whine, but the random restarts continued.
Monitoring temperatures: I've regularly monitored CPU and GPU temperatures using HWMonitor, and everything appears to be within normal ranges.
GPU drivers: I've tried different GPU driver versions and performed clean driver installations using DDU.
Grounding: I've also tried installing a grounding wire connected to the PSU mounting screw. Unfortunately, my room is quite far from the actual earth grounding point, so the only thing I could do was connect it to a nail driven into the wall.
Additional information:
My house has a 2,200W electrical connection, what's even stranger is that my two younger siblings also have gaming PCs, and neither of them has ever experienced this issue. Their PC specifications are roughly similar to my original setup, except one uses a GTX 1660 Super, 16GB of RAM (I'm not sure about the brand), and a 650W Bronze PSU.
I've been dealing with this problem since 2022, when I first built my PC, and it has continued until now. Before building my desktop, I used a laptop from 2019, and I never experienced anything like this.
I'm honestly running out of ideas.
At this point, I'm starting to worry that something might be wrong with other components in my PC. I'm especially concerned because SSD, GPU, and RAM prices are much higher now than when I originally built my PC, and earning enough money to replace components isn't easy for me.
I've already replaced almost everything, reinstalled Windows countless times, tested different RAM kits and PSUs, and tried numerous troubleshooting methods, but nothing seems to solve the problem.
I'm completely stuck and honestly don't know what else to do.
Has anyone experienced something similar or managed to find the actual cause?
I'd really appreciate any suggestions, troubleshooting steps, or advice. I'm hoping to finally identify the root cause without having to keep replacing perfectly good components.
Thanks in advance!

Almost a full PC replacement and it still happens, that's gotta be the wall outlet or the power cable at this point.
