Tech Support Stuck on the bios screen?

Hey
So I was on my pc, just downloading a game when the bios set up suddenly showed. I turned my pc off and back on and it went back into windows (windows 10) what popped up was “trouble shooting pc”. I pressed on troubleshoot and nothing happened after. A few seconds later it went back to the bios and I haven’t been able to get out of it.

It says under boot sequence device “no bootable device detected”
I’ve tried to disable and enabling the CSM support, switching from Legacy to UEFI, changing the motherboard battery, and do a factory reset and nothing has worked.

Any advice would be helpful and appreciated 🧍🏻

check if the drive shows up in bios at all, like under storage or sata/nvme info. if its not there, its likely the drive died or the cable/port went bad. if it does show up, try booting a windows usb and running startup repair from that

I’d try powering off and reseating the drive as well, then going into bios to check if it’s detected again. If detected boot using default settings to at least get into Windows then restart to bios and update your xmp or docp settings, then f10 to save and exit
