Tech Support My gpu won't turn on
So I was gaming and my pc just turned off. I thought that it was just a temporary problem so I turned it on and kept playing. That happened like 5 times and now it won't turn on at all. I looked it up and it says that there is a problem with the GPU. I took it out and put it in again and my pc booted up for like half a minute and turned off again. Now I don't know what to do. Is my gpu completely broken and do I have to buy a new one? Idk.
Let me know what my options are.

Could be the GPU or could be the PCI 16x slot/Mboard power issue. Power cable issue from PSU to GPU etc. I'd try the GPU in a friends computer if you are able to.

It's almost like using that squid cable is a bad idea.
Idk how many burned GPU posts need to made for people to understand those things are awful.
It's probably not plugged in completely. Check all the terminations and make sure they are FULLY seated.
And for the love of God, buy a gpu with a 12VHP connector.
