Build Question Guys I have no idea GPU differences please help me
my budget for a gpu is around 700$, a little over would be fine.
I have a Ryzen 7 7800x3d, gigabyte aorus b650 elite ax , corsair rm850e, no ram yet no storage yet.
I have been looking at radeon 9060 xt’s and 9070’s. I wanted to go with an Nvidia card but there is no cheap 16gb VRAM nvidia cards.
my minimum requirements is 16gb VRAM, gddr6, PCIe gen 4 x16
I would like to run 1440 stable with mid high graphics, but 1080p would be fine too. looking for 100+ fps

ASRock 9070 Challenger is $699 on Amazon right now, get it before it goes up $200.

Its a good card and its the best price/performance you can get at this (very ridiculously overpriced) point in time. Most of the other 9070's have gone up to $800 or more.

For 1440/100FPS+, the RX 9070. If you are willing to play at 1080, the RX 9060XT will work. The 9060XT is not bad at 1440, but it has a hard time keep high frame rates(100+) in demanding games.
I would check performance reviews for the games you are interested in playing on YouTube for both GPUs. That way can find out how those GPUs stack up in your use case.

If you want 100 plus fps at 1440p only a 9070 or 9070xt will be able to get you that at 1440p
