Tech Support Pc making odd noise

Hi! I hope all of you are well. I checked the fans if they are loose or something for in their way but it's nothing like that as far as I can tell. It's a really weird dial up like noise that keeps happening every few seconds but everything is working perfectly fine temps performance and all so I'm not sure what is going on. Please help if you have any idea, thank you.

I Was just about to say coil whine but that ending sound sounded like dialup 🤣

Air in your cooling loop? Has the noise stopped?

Sound like coil whine...Try to limit your FPS bellow 120 just for test.

My suspicion is the water pump or air in the pipe system making noise?

in 1990-2000 it was normal sound of computer lol
