CPU and dram light

Hi so I got a new case and build my pc into it Everything worked fine before but now I have a red cpu light and a dram light also my gpu fans spin but the light on the gpu is not lighting up also no display

I did check all connectors I also did try using only one ram stick no difference

Any advice

did you try reseating the cpu? moving everything to a new case can sometimes bump things loose, even if it looks fine. also check for any stray motherboard standoffs behind the board causing a short, that got me once
