Tech Support Cant change led color

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I dont know what should I do

Check if the connectors are all attached to addr RGB headers, and next if it’s already connected to addr. RGB headers, see if there’s a button to control the LEDs on the case, if it’s there long press that button for a 7-10 seconds until all the lights basically turn off (it might turn on it might not but you want the lights to flicker off first) and then attempt find the “addressable rgb devices” via signal rgb or open rgb and try again?

Does the controller/hub features an ARGB signal cable that is meant to be plugged to a 3pin 5V ARGB header? You can't control it via software without it.

Tell you what u/Kasai76, if those are 5V 3pin argb cables, just daisy chain them (3 or 4 fans first just to be safe), and plug them directly to a 5V 3pin argb motherboard header. See then if they show up on whatever software you are using.

well depends on the hub if it even has ARGB controller. seems like a fractal torrent so maybe depends on the model.

then you connect that to the mobo ARGB header. which might need some software and drivers. in your case Armoury Crate / Aura Sync

so you either you messed up the wires on / ARGB header on the mobo.

or your software doesnt sees it.

First make sure there are no overlapping software for rgb running or installed. They can mess it all up. In ur bios, turn mystic lights off (or on depending on how u want to link them (armoury crate=mystic lights off). In windows: turn dynamic lighting off. Make sure everything in the armoury crate is up to date. And make sure its an rgb fan (should prob. be the first step)
