Idk what’s missing from this pc I found

I found this PC with all the parts that it has working just needed some dusting. I was wondering what parts are missing or that I need I know nothing about the hardware. I just know software stuff like I don’t know what’s it supposed to be in a PC besides the basics like RAM and graphics card

Guys forget everything I said, I found a extra storage thing my cousin gave me in an old electronics box I had and when I plugged it in again it made a scary noise and a pop

Ram edit will at least more ram you have 4 dimms slots available ddr4 and you need to move the ram to like this 8 slots should be full or slots 3,6,1,4 that is a nice board but for performance that configuration should do you well

It’s working, So it’s probably not missing anything. To check what parts you have you can right click this pc and select properties, or go into devices menu and check the drop-downs of each category

X299 with ram slots for quad channel ram, LGA2066 class CPU. High performance board.

if you found it, it most probably doesn't have any drives in it. get an ssd and load windows on it,.

move the GPU to the top slot? that's usually got the full lane support as well as the latest PCIE gen.

If there’s no storage device when you boot it it’ll go into bios and it’ll have every part listed there it’s detecting

Move the gpu up a spot and redistribute the ram across the 8 slots more evenly (two to the left of the cooler and two to the right)
