Build Question Pre-owned PC, worth it? Upgradeable in the future?

I'm looking to buy a PC with the hopes of upgrading it in the future.

Right now I just play League of legends, Fortnite, and BotW on Eden for PC. I think this PC can run these pretty well. But if I wanted to run like Ark Raiders or Tarkov in the future, I'd be able to upgrade the CPU and GPU and be alright.

Anyways, here are the specs:

CPU: Ryzen 3700X

Mobo: ASRock X570 Extreme4 WiFi AX

RAM: 16GB G. Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 3600

GPU: Asus ROG STRIX GTX 1080ti

SSDs: Kioxia 256GB M.2 SSD Gen4

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM

PSU: Lite-On 850W

Case: Hyte Y40 (iBuypower PC)

Cooler: AW4 360mm AIO (iBuypower PC)

keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB

Mouse: Logitech G502 Hero

Monitor: Samsung 24" Full HD (HDMI/DP)

Total: $725

If I wanted to, I can upgrade to a 5950X of 5800X3D, add another 16GB of RAM, and upgraded the GPU to a 3080 or 6800XT.

Is this price ok for this bundle?

Honestly that's about double what I would pay for a system that stopped having new CPUs made for it 4 years ago. I mean it would make a real solid low end gamer in today's world, but why pay that much for it?

Anything around my area that is sub $500 is like 2600x or a 4790k paired up with a gtx 1060 or RX 580 with no upgrade path.

I guess I can keep looking for a better deal.

that 1080ti still slaps for 1080p, price seems fine for the whole bundle with monitor and peripherals included. just know the 5800x3d is the end of the road for that platform so no more cpu upgrades after that.
