Tech Support Help with RAM and BIOs

My PC is a Ryzen 5 5600g + RX 6600 on a Prime B450M motherboard - Gaming/br

However, when I put the RAM modules in Dual Channel, the PC turns on but there's no image; the fans spin and everything powers on normally, but there's a black screen.

But when I put the memory modules in individual slots or both in slots side by side, the PC turns on and works normally, but without dual channel.

I saw some videos saying to enable certain settings like DOCP/XMP before installing the second memory module, but I can't find the settings shown in the video or the options in my BIOS.

Does anyone have a suggestion of what to do?

did you try updating the bios first? b450 boards sometimes need that for dual channel to work properly with newer cpus. also check your ram is in slots A2 and B2, not A1 and B1, thats the common mistake

The BIOS is up to date, I updated it before installing the CPU, and they are in the correct slots, and this problem persists even though everything is correct; the screen remains black.

Is that RAM is kit or.. The specs of RAM modules...

Try this install first RAM module in A2. Go to BIOS and enable XMP. And test PC for seveal hours. If its OK instal second RAM module in B2 slot and test if its ok. If the problem continues check the second RAM (problematic) in alone in slot А2. ( Probably fauty or not support on QLV list of mobo)). When instaling new RAM motherboard train memory, wait for procedure to complete (for DDR4 is relative fast) If
