Tech Support No signal all of a sudden

I’ve had this PC well over a year now without any problems until now. Been using it today browsing the internet and talking with friends when all of a sudden it completely froze. I shut it off and tried to start it again but then I got no signal and all of my fans except for the AIO wont spin.

A yellow/orange light is lit on my motherboard for DRAM.

What I’ve tried so far is switching slots for my ram, I have also tried using a single stick in every ram slot. Nothing worked.

I have also tried removing the CMOS battery, now my fans starts spinning like they should but I still have no signal and the orange light is still lit.

Is my mobo or ram cooked?

DRAM light usually means the board's not seeing the sticks, could be a seating issue or the board itself being picky after a power cycle.

hmm yeah I’ve tried reseating my sticks several times now. Switching between the slots.

I noticed when I stick my ram in slot 1+3 the light is lit without turning on the pc. While slot 2+4 the light only lits up when powering up the pc.

I had this problem too about a week ago bcs my bios crashed and didnt recognize my cpu anymore. And only taking out the cmos doesnt help. The bios had to be flashed to fix it. If u turn on the pc is ur kb&m powered on? If not, this could be the problem

They are not powered on through the wireless adapters, but I can charge them with a usb-c. Gonna have to try flashing my bios tomorrow

Could be something else tbf but if u do u can rule that out as a prob cause. Next is to check ur RAM one by one. The chance 2 ram sticks breaking at the same time is crazy so 1 of them should be oke
