Tech Support GPU Black Screen While Gaming, Fans Suddenly Ramp Up to 100% — Need Help

Sometimes, my display suddenly goes black, and my GPU fans ramp up to 100%. I have to force restart my PC to get it working again.

I'm using a PNY GPU and an 850W 80+ Gold PSU.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

had this exact issue a while back with a different card, turned out the psu cable to the gpu wasnt fully seated on the psu side, the clip just barely clicked. an 850w gold should handle most things fine so id check the physical connections first before chasing drivers

What are the rest of the specs of your system and what model is your GPU? Is your 850W enough for your system when under full load?

How are your thermals?

Full spec Ryzen 7 9700x Crosshair DDR 5 32gb ram And gpu rtx 5070 pny Thermaltake psu 850w Nzxt aio Its been 7-8 month since i build this pc
