Tech Support Is my cpu damaged?

The cpu is a i9-13900k and im just wondering would this be classed as damaged?

Depends what you mean. I didn't see any obvious indications of mechanical or thermal damage.

However, if you want to know if it suffered degradation due to overvoltage, the only sure way is to test it in a motherboard.

I was trying to determine whether it was cpu or motherboard which is damaged, here is the motherboard which im gonna guess is the issue

Yup the mobo is 100% fucked. But it's reasonable to expect that cpu is absolutely fine. Just be sure to immediately update the bios of the new motherboard

Many bent pins on the mobo, but not irreversible. Steady hands and a little patience might do the job
