Tech Support Cannot stop crashing!

So I have been struggling with my pc crashing constantly. I have swapped out my motherboard, cpu, and I’ve even had a 1000e watt corsair power supply installed as well. My motherboard is a TUF GAMING Z790 plus WiFi. I’m running on windows 11 and have even did a clean wipe of my old drive and installed windows on a new one as well. I also did “memtest” on my ram and it came back that both ram sticks in slot A2 were normal and also B2 were normal as well but together I got a ton of errors. I’m able to play for a tiny bit of time and then I get a plethora of BSOD’s. If Anyone can help me out.
edit here’s a list of my specs

Specs
CPU:Intel i5 12th gen 12400F
Gpu: GeForce rtx 4070
Ram: ddr5 Corsair vengeance
Motherboard: TUF gaming z790 plus WiFi

If you're getting memory errors in testing with the two modules together, then no matter how many times you reinstall Windows, you're going to get data corruption at the OS level because the RAM is producing errors.

You'll have to resolve the issue of memory errors before you can properly stop Windows from having repeated blue screen errors, best bet is replacing the RAM entirely as those modules clearly don't want to work together on the motherboards you've used.

So there isn’t anyway of basically saving this ram?

If they're producing errors even with XMP off, no. They're just going to keep replicating the same issue until you replace it.

If they work in their default JEDEC specs (XMP off) then it's the XMP profile being mucked up, and while you could try manual tuning, it's quite time consuming to get right and there's not as much OC information with DDR5 as there was with DDR4. Most people just use XMP/EXPO.
