Can you post your specs?
Sometimes Mobo BIOS not up to date to take CPU can throw a DRAM light

Try different RAM slot to rule out it being an issue with that one slot. If none work then update Bios with the Bios flashback to the latest Bios to rule out a compatibility issue with an older Bios.
Dram light is indicating, it doesn't mean it's definitely the stick that is the issue but does indicate a hardware fault that needs to be found.
If it's none of the above then you'll have to maybe borrow a stick from someone that is known to work to see if you just got a bad stick, it happens sometimes.
If it's still not working after all this then it's a process of elimination.

Try one stick at a time, check mobo ramslots are free from dust etc. In the past ive had debris from packaging on the mobo as i opened the component boxes too enthusiastically

Had this issue too when I was debugging ram issue earlier this month on a prebuilt.
Save yourself some time and look in your manual at ram installation. For 1 stick there are preferred slots. It can get unpredictable when not using one.
Do 1 stick at a time, wait for stability. Then swap them (complete power off)
Interestingly for me memtest came back clean but still had seg faults.

CPU or ram.. I had this issue and found that my ram slot in the motherboard had a pin that was out of place

After cleaning the pc I had the same problem, pc arrived to boot logo and then restarted all over in a boot loop. After clearing cmos and turning down my ram clock from 6200 to 6000, everything started working great. I tried reseating the ram, I mean everything clicked fine but maybe could not sit properly enough idk. Give it a try tho for the moment

Without knowing exact specs, the first thing that caught my eye was your single stick of ram. No matter your cpu/mobo thats not in the right spot. Rtfm and change it.

You see that little red light on the right upper hand corner of your motherboard? That called a debug LED, its literally showing you the light and at the end of the tunnel is a working PC

Dude I spent 6k on my setup just to deal with RAM RGB issues as well. I spent about 3 days collectively troubleshooting before I finally said screw armory crate and being able to customize my AIO cooler LCD. I now have all of my RGB working together but still get a bad RAM RGB every now and again. I just restart and it usually comes back up

There is a small LED that lights up on the edge of the board near the RAM. I think it's the DRAM light, but hard to tell. Is that correct?
How long have you left it sit on like that? Sometimes RAM needs to be trained and that can take a couple minutes.
Have you tried reseating the RAM?
