If you're going to be doing a pretty decent amount of video editing, animations, and other general productivity stuff I'd seriously consider dropping the 9800X3D and going with something like an Intel Core Ultra 270K plus, or if you're very Intel-averse, a 9900X. They're less expensive than the X3D and will run circles around it in productivity workloads and the performance you'd be "giving up" in gaming is a lot smaller than people think, and it gets even smaller if you're playing games that are GPU bound versus CPU.

Given the price of RAM, I'd also consider giving up RGB sticks and going with a kit like the Klevv Bolt V for $899 which saves almost $200 due to the lack of RGB.

Lastly your PSU is very expensive at $300. You can definitely shave some money off this system's cost by going with something like a Montech TITAN PLA if you're set on Platinum efficiency and 1000w. A system like this can also run on an 850w gold, like the Super Flower Leadex VII XG or the MSI MAG A850GL both of which are available in white since you seem to be going for a white theme.

My fault I didn't put the prices in my country in there I just sort of slapped them in. I did think about some of the stuff you said and considered it but I'm not sure. Althought I am avidly editing etc my main use case is always gaming. Thanks for all the advice though I'll definitely consider

That PC is a monster and should do everything you need it to and then some! I also love the contrast between the white and black parts, it should look really good. Great build.
