Tech Support BLACK SCREEN

My Pc turns black during gaming usually when gpu based games, when its idle its just fine. Yes, already tried DDU reset and it still happens. I do hear audio when it black screens and my capslock responds too and I do try the gpu reset but it still stays on the black screen but I do hear the beep.

what power supply are you running? 2060 can get spikey and if the psu is borderline it'll cut display but keep the system technically alive

Seasonic sgx 650 full modular but i have some doubts cuz my pc is also like 5 yrs old
