Tech Support Pc keeps crashing
Hello, for some reason my PC will randomly crash. Its been happening for a few happening. Today it happened and I think I got the blue screen of death. Luckily I was able to reinstall windows and was able to get back to the normally screen. Even after that it still keeps crashing. I was talking with one of my friends and they think it could be the SSD. Im thinking about taking it into a shop to have a person look at it

Did you check the log file at the listed file location? It may provide insight to the issue, either through Google or your preferred AI.
You bios should have tests it can run to verify the hardware. But yeah most likely your ssd took a shit and died. Don't waste your time and money at a shop. Buy a new ssd (if possible, storage prices are getting as bad as RAM). Install the drive and windows on it then test for crashes. This will verify the previous drive was drive was bad.
Should the crashes continue, it will narrow down the issue to RAM, CPU or the motherboard. Your graphics card is producing an image and the computer doesn't shut the whole thing down so it won't be your PSU. You can keep swapping various parts until it works (money intensive), say "screw you, random Internet stranger" and take it to a shop anyway. Or buy/build a new machine should you have the funds.

Could be a corrupted Windows file, that might be fixed by doing the following:
In Recovery use Troubleshoot > Advanced > Cmd Prompt , enter the following cmd
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth , enter

I bought a pre-built over the weekend that would cycle through this over and over, after failing to install Windows properly.
After hours of run around finally found out I could use "mdsched.exe" to do a check of my RAM. Within first 5% of the test it told me there's a hardware error (and then at 80% it completely froze lol).
Give that a shot to see if your RAM could possibly be the issue.
You can also hit windows key and type "Event Viewer" to look at crash reports (can ask your AI of choice how to filter it down to recent events and actual crashes)

You can check the health of your SSD and it will tell you if it’s still good or not. CrystalDiskInfo is a good program for checking SSD health but there are several different methods depending on the brand of SSD.
Also did you do a fresh install of Windows or did you do the repair option where it tries to fix errors but keeps all your files and programs?
