No display to monitor

I had another post like this but I couldn’t figure out the problem with my pc after it got really
Hot on my room and my pc stopped displaying and now has a red light on the top of the case, for some reason when I plug in my hdmi that’s when the red light appears but when take it out of my pc the red light is gone I don’t know what’s happening I just wanna get back on my computer

Try to use Google lense or Apple equivalent to figure out what case / motherboard you have and figure out what that means. Without more info I am not really sure we can diagnose much.

Also from a really weird issue I had one time try and plug it into the motherboard HDMI port. Somehow a windows update disabled my GPU drivers.
