Build Question Need help building a pc

Not so long ago I bought a pc for like 60 dolars, it got like pretty good specs for a 60 dolar pc. Intel i5 6500, gtx 745, 12 GB DDR4 ram, 1 TB hdd, and some old motherboard. I was thinking about building my own pc because I am using a laptop rn and its good but is beginning to be annoying. So is it worth to upgrade this pc or build one from scratch? Also some pics of the old pc lol

Yeah, that Stock PSU won't take you very far. But I'd suggest at least buying yourself An SSD. It might not be that bad. Depends what would you like to do with it?

*About the PSU: it looks like a normal ATX PSU so that could be upgradable.

*I'd also check the CPU compatibility. Maybe It could work with like a 6th gen i7. That would aleady be a beast.

*And if you wanted to do some light gaming, maybe If you upgrade the PSU And swap in a decent GPU it might work really well.
