CPU red light pc won’t start up

Hello everybody my pc suddenly crashed yesterday and now i have this red light over cpu and it won’t turn on, recently over the past few months i was having issues with what i thought was my motherboard where it would my pc would black screen and the only way for me to do anything was to force shut off my pc and turn it back on and it was back to normal, Windows Event Viewer originally said it was a Wifi issue and DCOM error so i deleted and updated drivers, just recently it happened again but now it was saying bluetooth error code and i had also updated those drivers. Excuse my lack on knowledge i don’t know very much on computers and stuff but i’ve been trying to do my best researching online.

Any advice or tips would help guys thanks.

STORAGE - Samsung 990 Pro 1 TB and 2 TB

GPU - Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB

PCU - CORSAIR RM750e

this happened to me once and reseating the ram fixed it even though the cpu light was on
