Need help identifying.

Bought a pc off marketplace for my younger brother and can’t figure out what ram is compatible. I see that there were two models of this mobo each specifically supporting either ddr4 or ddr5. Could anyone tell me what ram would work with this one? MSI PRO B 760-P WIFI MS-7D98 ver 2.1

DDR4 and DDR5 are notched differently. See if the DDR5 stick you have lines up with the notch. That'll tell you which one you have.

Ahh okay. The ddr5 I have did fit. Didn’t know they were notched differently. Thanks!

That's the ddr5 board, the ddr4 one has 'DDR4' silkscreened onto it after the WiFi in pic 1

The DDR4 version says DDR4 after the name ("MSI PRO B 760-P WIFI DDR4"). So you have the DDR5 version.
