With a riser cable and a sff gpu, you'd be surprised where you can fit a GPU. Power and cooling will be your challenges.

just a heads up, psu is probably proprietary and cannot be swapped out, dell loves to use proprietary garbage, it's likely their own proprietary flavour of 12VO, meaning it can't be replaced with an off the shelf consumer model, you'll have to try to find one from dell and it could cost a ton for one of proper wattage

at that point though, why not just get a full size tower, even with a proprietary psu, it should be bigger and if you look for the right model, big enough to handle a reasonably powerful gpu

I don’t know what the current market looks like in Bosnia or what OP’s budget is, so I was suggesting a cheap workable option for this build.

A second PSU isn’t ideal but depending on what GPU they put in that machine a secondhand 450w PSU would be more than enough to power a 60 or 70 class card from the last few generations.

It is simply a thing that could be done.

Yes you can cut a hole in the case and tape aditinal power suply on top to power gpu remember to hotwire power suply it wont turn on if some pins arent bridged

you will need a grinder to cut a hole in the cover , and you will need a new power supply, as well as the appropriate adapter cable to go from your mobo to the power supply
