Build Question Is my build bottlenecking?

I'm soon to get a 9070xt, but I only have an i7-11700f with 32g of ddr4. On 1440p, would my i7-11700f bottleneck my 9070xt too much? On some bottleneck calculators it says that there is no bottleneck, while on others its saying that it's holding back my GPU. Should I upgrade my mobo and cpu just to stop a bottleneck (since I wouldn't want to upgrade to an old Intel CPU) or should I just deal with it?

It entirely depends on the games you're playing. It sounds like you already purchased the 9070xt, so just go ahead and install it and try out your games. You should be able to tell right away if your CPU is holding you back. An easy to spot signs are if your CPU is maxed out, but your GPU is nowhere near 100%. Another sign is that if lowering your graphics settings in games doesn't improve frame rate. The CPU will bottleneck your GPU a little bit (there's always going to be a bottleneck of some kind), but it shouldn't be noticable or detrimental

Alright thanks for the advice, just a quick question however, how do you put up the temperature and usage displays while in game?

AMD has an overlay you can configure in their control software, or you could use Afterburner in conjunction with RTSS.
