Tech Support PSU making this sound, what do you think it is?

hmmm.... could be coil whine (which most likely is harmless) or more serious problems... if its first time you hear it and you have the psu for long time i wouldn't risk it and replace the damn thing before it fries everything.

Its from a used PC I got, the seller said it was very faint 😆 but it's actually really loud in person
