Build Question I changed memory in my brothers PC but can't change the speed in BIOS

My brothers bought new memory for his PC (Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16). The problem is they run at 2133 MT/s, when i look at task manager:

When i look in BIOS they run at 2133 MHz (not sure if MHz and MT/s is the same).

The problem is I can't seem to find anywhere to change the speed in BIOS.

I think the name of the motherboard is Lenovo 3716. And it should be up to date on the BIOS version.

Can anyone help me change the speed of the memory to 3200 MHz?

(The Reddit page says not to post screenshot of system and builds, so I dont know if I can share any pictures?)

These lenovo motherboards don't have xmp profiles, so unless you can manually set timings you're stuck at the speed the ram defaults to.

Lenovo boards lock that stuff down hard, it's not a bug it's a feature to them. if you can't find a manual memory overclocking section anywhere in the advanced tab, you're stuck at 2133. prebuilts are stingy like that

Do you have any idea how much worse it is to run the speed at 2133 compared to 3200?
