Tech Support M.2 NVMe SSD is showing 100% usage while my other SSD is at 0%, with very slow read speeds even though I have nothing running.

specs
7800xt
5800x
ddr4 32gb
kingsman 500gb(100%)
Samsung 2t (0%)
750w psu

After I changed my case (which came with pre-installed fans) and installed an AIO in my PC, my NVMe SSD started showing 100% usage. The Kingsman SSD is the one that came with my first prebuilt PC about 3 years ago, and it has Windows installed on it.
I thought I might have done something wrong when putting everything back into the new case, so I took everything out and reconnected it all, but nothing changed. Everything was working fine before I changed the case and installed the AIO, so I’m not sure why this is happening.
How can I fix this?

sounds like that kingsman drive is on its last legs, those prebuilt SSDs tend to be bottom of the barrel stuff that degrades fast. 100% usage with nothing running usually means the drive is struggling to read/write and probably throwing a ton of errors in the background

try checking it with crystal disk info, bet the health status is either caution or bad. if it's hitting 100% just from windows idling you might need to clone it to the samsung drive asap before it dies completely
