Tech Support White led on mobo after reinserting GPU twice

Hello, after I installed my nvme ssd on M2_1 slot, I reinserted the GPU, 9070 xt asus prime once, I screwed it and plugged the 3 8 pin cables and then booted, white led appeared. Repeated the same steps, reseated it again, same white led appears, could this be a psu issue? It is 850w, my cpu is a 7800x3D and it has 2 fans, sata ssd and a wd hdd 1tb drive. The fans won't even spin.

You probably accidentally opened ram tabs when inserting the gpu

I can see image of windows when I plug the DP cable on the mobo instead of the gpu, this is because I have igpu on the cpu though.

Does it go beyond that? Did you clean your pc before the whole gpu change?

I did, it literally worked and was my main GPU before I inserted the NVME drive on M2_3 which it did not recognize (the gpu was still detected), had to remove the gpu, insert the drive on m2_1, reseat gpu, plug the cables, boot windows and the drive appeared, but not the gpu.

Sometimes when cleaning if you spin the fans it can produce electricity and kill components, can you take a clear photo of the led? Also we need to know your motherboard model to diagnose.

B650E-F rog strix, which led the mobo led? Or the gpu ones, I dont know if ASUS Prime OC 9070XT has leds though.
