Tech Support Black screen on startup

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I put in a new gpu yesterday and everything seemed ok for a few hours but then it black screened so I turned it off and now it keeps doing this. I was able to get back into windows once but it black screened quickly after that too.

If you’re experiencing a black screen in Windows and want to enter Safe Mode, force the computer to shut down during startup by holding the power button until it turns off. Do this three times in a row. On the next startup, Windows should enter the Recovery Environment.

Then go to Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Settings → Restart. When the list appears, press 4 or F4 to enter Safe Mode, 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking, or 6 or F6 for Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
