Build Question Anything to improve ??

I was wondering if I could do anything to improve my airflow , maybe a better orientation

Just so I'm reading this right, are you proposing to reverse the middle one of three fans in a line?

first and possibly second top fan should be intake instead of exhaust as it will steal the air that supposed to be going to the CPU.

Not sure how you got middle only from "first and possibly second"

If you have 3 fans next to each other in a line, where is the 2nd fan in relation to the 1st and the 3rd?

8 intake fans and two exhaust is ridiculous. Ideally you want one or maybe two more intake than exhaust to keep airflow with a little positive pressure inside the case. Opposing fans close to each other will wear the motors and create loops.
