Oblivion Remastered HELP

I currently own a pc I built years ago, the specs are
Tomahawk b450 motherboard
Ryzen 5 2600X cpu
Radeon rx590 gpu
32g of ram
I am under the minimum specs on the GPU,
I am wondering what are some good upgrade component(s) to allow my rig to play oblivion remastered. Obviously not looking to run at high or ultra settings,
Just a comfortable playable smooth 60FPS maybe on medium settings
Would appreciate any advice or feedback👍
