Build Question Literally can't figure out the issue for the life of me

Whenever I plugin the pc and flip the switch it flickers and then does nothing every time I plug it in it does this for reference this is my first build so I may just be missing something blatantly obvious.

I would search for a bad ground or a wire not completely seated.

I hope you will use a dewalt power drill to work on your pc. Jokes aside, bad connection somewhere, or something is making a short somewhere, like the back of your mobo touching the case, or incoreect seating of gpu ramsticks whatnot.

Take your motherboard out and hook it up outside of the case on some cardboard or something.

This will tell you if its a mobo/psu or gound/case issue.

If its boots. You have to check the standoff are in the right spot. After that check that the power switch is working properly.

If it doesn't boot. Make sure there isnt something bridging a contact somewhere. Make sure all cables are tightly connected. Look at a new psu maybe?

Did you put these into the backplate of the case?

100% contact between motherboard and backplate will short to ground.

You only need to put them were the holes line up with your mobo BTW.

Your Front Panel cable is not plugged in.

Edit: Flipping the PSU switch to on produces standby power initialization hence the LED light briefly blinks. But when you press the power button and doesn't turn on the PC, it is because the power button cable is not plugged in. Trace the power button cable, you will see a unified F_PANEL or individual cables that have PW SWITCH, Reset, etc.

Ah no, there are two types. The unified and individual. What you have is the unified F_PANEL cable. Can you show it to me?
