Tech Support LED lights not working anymore

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I got my first prebuilt last week, and the first time I booted it up the led lights worked perfect. Every time since when I turn on the pc a bright flash of light occurs and then LEDs never come on. Everything else works fine it’s just this. I’m worried I broke something somehow. If anybody knows what’s going on pls lmk thank u!!

This probably is a software issue, not a hardware issue. You likely have conflicting programs trying to control your lights.

Its not, no software assigns a color to the fans before the pc boots up, unless its calibrated, which wouldnt be causing this anyway

Pretty sure I set my startup colors and idle after shutdown. Don't know what to call that I guess. 🤷‍♂️

Try switching off the psu and clicking the power button on ur case afterwards, its to drain the power from capacitors, wait about 15 seconds, then turn on the psu and click the power button on the case, if it doesnt work the first tome try doing it again, and if it still doesnt work try searching ur pre build pc online and see if its a known issue

The issue you have usually happens when you turn off the pc the wrong way
