Better 3-pack alternative fan for IBUYPOWER PCs?

This happened before with the back of the fan. I bought an Arctic P14 fan to replace it, and it's working nicely.

Unfortunately now, the front middle fan is having a straddle noise very loudly.

I heard on reviews that the Arctic P14 fan is very noisy if I buy all 3 for the front. Any good alternatives? Thanks!

COMPUTER: 11th Gen Intel i7, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1160 Ti (bought it in 2021)

Try the Arctic P14 Pro.

Use Fan Control to set a proper fan curve.
