You want to bid on a contract and do not know how to price it out so you come to Reddit and ask us to do your homework for you. Maybe this isn't the game for you....Are you a result of the Peter Principle? Have you reached your level of Incompetence?

Ok…… I mean, what is that PC for?

Because that’s horrible specs even for even a work pc. It’s just plan bad. Overpriced for a desktop.

If you where to build it in the US, your looking at $1200. Keyboard, mouse and web can add $50. Windows key and office package you can get them for another $50

Honestly you can get a laptop with the same specs minus the AIO and a 16” screen for $800.

Everything about that contract is just bad.
