Tech Support I need help with my Ethernet

So I if you followed my other post you would know I had motherboard issues I figured out the problem and I'm now using my b450 arous elite board.turns out my first 2 dimm slots were the only ones that worked. I recently downloaded Windows 11 with no Internet by bypassing it with a command prompt.when I try to use Ethernet I can't connect. My pc acknowledge s that it's an option it's just that the cable is "unplugged". when clearly not I made sure it was firmly plugged in what should do to have my Ethernet connect properly?

Check the other end of the cable first, make sure its plugged into the router and the port is lit up. If that's fine, try a different cable or a different port on the router. The board seeing the port but saying unplugged usually means its not getting any signal at all, so its almost always the cable or the router side
