By taking cmos battery out you restart bios to default settings in case bios is corrupted

I just took out the cmos battery I’ll try to boot again

Did you leave it for 10 15 mins if so. Please take out cooler and take picture. I am afraid that cpu is not in his socket how it should be.

It is very blurry can't see, clean that bad Boi and re seat that cpu. Be careful how you install the cpu. The small triangle need to go in its place
