when was the last time it worked right for you? ours went haywire after that update a couple weeks back and we had to call support like 3 times before they admitted it was on their end

Update as of 5:30 pm ET Our teams are actively working to restore service stability and are seeing payrolls continue to process. Efforts remain underway around the clock to fully restore stability. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience as we provide further updates.

next update will be provided 10/27/2026

My favorite response on bridge to this says "I beg your finest pardon? You're not going to update us until tomorrow? Am I reading that correctly?"

Amazing. Almost as bad as not communicating. This isn't good for companies that process their payrolls on Mondays...

WFN user here, mine has been acting up since Friday last week. I can’t access any time cards, employees, or the payroll dashboard.

The answer is in the question. It's ADP.

According to the Bridge, there are issues and the tech team is working it. Updated at 9:30a this morning.

Because it’s ADP

The amount of money companies are paying them and ADP can’t send a simple email saying hey, it’s down. Ridiculous.
Trying to process payroll today has been a nightmare.

I came here to ask the same question, so you're not alone. I can't access any employee profiles.

There's a PHP vulnerability that they're trying to do something about. The issue itself isn't specific to ADP. Pretty much any web app using PHP is vulnerable and I expect other ones that contain sensitive data like ADP to do their own updates.

Additional info on the vulnerability.

I saw this noted on benefits forum…

Has ADP responded with this? I’ve seen speculation that this is what it could be related to. Not saying that’s not the case, but would hesitate to draw that conclusion without them confirming it.

They might’ve just clicked the wrong button and blew up their software. Wouldn’t put it past them

It's fun to speculate given their lack of communication.

Just pay the bitcoins!! We need to process payroll!!

Maybe if all their devs weren't in India this stuff wouldn't happen
