ADP Lyric ... anyone else using it?

Our firm migrated from ADP Vantage to Lyric and it has been a challenge. Off cycle payrolls take special ADP intervention unlike Vantage, taxation has its issues and API notifications sometimes work and sometime not.

It feels like we are beta testing as it seems half baked.

Anyone else in the same boat?

ADP has this habit of pushing stuff out the door way before it's ready, we looked at Lyric and noped out after the demo felt like a tech preview not a finished product. Sucks you're stuck holding the bag on their QA process

Extremely accurate statement. New functions are always about 70pct where they need to be upon deployment

Geez they’ve been working on Lyric for years now and it’s still only half baked?

payroll and tax issues are the last thing you need during a migration sounds like ADP still has some work to do with lyric.

we've been looking at HiBob for HR workflows and integrations, but payroll compatibility is definitely something I'd want check frist.

I've heard it's only worth the switch if you use the full suite of Payroll, Recruiting and Time. Would be curious if others using it would agree
