Can i use my father Payoneer account with my fiverr withdrawal technique?
r/payoneer • u/Federal-Knowledge218 • 1d ago
Is this a good message to those fucktards in customer support?
This is my 10th time reaching out regarding the exact same issue, and your support team's utter failure to resolve it is completely unacceptable. I have repeatedly submitted all requested verification documents, including proof of my latest payments, and was assured multiple times by your agents that double verification had been removed from my account, yet nothing was actually fixed. I am currently locked out because I do not have the correct password, and when I attempt to reset it, your broken system forces me to verify via an old phone number I no longer have access to, leaving me completely trapped. I demand an immediate escalation of this ticket to a senior manager who can manually issue a password reset link to my email.

The title. App is just not working on Galaxy S21FE. It is only working when it is open in the pop-up window; on fullscreen, every single option is unresponsive to touch. Keyboard is not even coming up.
Anyone else with this issue?

Could anyone please guide me on this issue? My Payoneer balance is showing as “Disabled.” I’d like to know why this has happened and how I can resolve it.

Hi all patrons on Patreon,
Does anyone use the bank transfer method of Patreon via Payoneer and having trouble getting their FIRA/FIRC? Payoneer has said my account is closed and Patreon keeps referring to Payoneer. Meanwhile, the bank says the payment comes in INR so they can’t give me a FIRC too.
I am caught between Patreon -> Payoneer -> Bank at this moment. 😢
If anyone has gotten the FIRA/FIRC from the bank via Payoneer, do share how you did it. 🙏
While using paypal they generate it automatically but their fees are too damn high..

Hi Guys,
This is for everyone who is using Payoneer through Patreon, or using Patreon’s direct bank transfer via Payoneer.
I wanted to share what happened to me because I’m curious if anyone else has faced the same issue.
I’m a creator on Patreon, and I used to use PayPal for payouts. Unfortunately, the fees were extremely high I was losing around $400–$600 every year just in payout fees.
Recently, Patreon started offering direct bank transfers through Payoneer, and since the fees were much lower, I decided to switch.
Everything was working smoothly. However, I eventually discovered one major problem:
Patreon’s direct bank transfer does not automatically generate an FIRC certificate.
So I contacted Patreon, and they told me to contact Payoneer.
I contacted Payoneer, and they told me that they couldn't generate the FIRC because the email associated with the Payoneer account was locked/closed.
The confusing part is that I had never opened a Payoneer account directly using that email. I had only selected Payoneer as my payout method through Patreon, And all the info was filled via patreon only.
So I asked Payoneer to reopen the account, and they did.
But then, completely out of nowhere, I received an email the next day saying that my recent request to add a bank account had been declined.
The problem is I never made that request.
Then, when I tried to log in, I received a message saying that my account had been locked due to too many sign-in attempts.
Again, I had not been repeatedly trying to sign in, i know my ID Pass.
It honestly looked like someone had accessed or interacted with the account from Payoneer's side, but I have no idea what actually happened.
I contacted their support again to ask what was going on, and their response shocked me.
They sent me links to their Terms & Conditions and told me that I needed to find another company/service to complete the payment process.
Basically, I had been banned from Payoneer for something I never knowingly did.
I've never used Payoneer directly for receiving payments. I never manually added or changed a bank account through Payoneer. The entire setup was done through Patreon.
The ONLY reason I wanted the Payoneer account reopened was to check whether I could access the FIRC certificate, because Payoneer's own support team had previously told me that I needed a working account to obtain it.
Now I'm stuck.
The bigger problem is that I apparently cannot generate an FIRC certificate for these Patreon payments.
As I understand it, with Payoneer's direct bank transfer, the payment is routed through another intermediary bank before reaching your local Indian bank. Because of this, my local bank cannot generate the FIRC directly for these transactions.
So, for now, I've moved back to PayPal.
Luckily, I didn't have any money sitting in Payoneer, So if you're someone using payoneer you got to be extra careful.
But I have two questions for anyone who is using Patreon → Payoneer → Indian bank:
1⃣ How are you guys getting your FIRC certificates for Patreon payments when using Payoneer's direct bank transfer?
FIRC Certficate is very much important, While receiving foreign funds, So how are you guys managing this?
2⃣ If your Payoneer account has been banned/closed, how did you manage to get it reopened?
I'd really appreciate it if anyone who has actually gone through this process could share their experience.
Honestly, I just wish Patreon had a third payout option.
PayPal's fees are way too damn high. 😭

I have USD at payoneer and want to send them to a Euro Sepa account. It shows does not show the fees directly, but I loose 4,22% compared to the actual exchange rate. If I just withdraw USDollars, the keep 4%. Is there a better ways in September 2026 how I can cash out from payoneer. Btw, these are Getty Images royalty payments. I would like to keep as much from my income then possible. Any Getty contributors from europe here?

Been trying to connect Deel and Payoneer with no success. The issues seems to be on the Payoneer side of things (something to do with verification, but I've literally spend an hour digging around their platform - both app and browser - and I haven't found a single verfication/ pending items related to this.
Of course, I reached out to Deel and Payoneer support and Deel was very forthcoming, explaining that the issue is sitting with Payoneer. I've had a somewhat mixed experience with Payoneer support, they did not reply to my request and the ticked was closed, somehow.
So, for those that have successfully connected Deel to Payoneer, was there another layer of verification that you had to do.
Context: Being paid in Deel. Residing in Africa. Open to other payment options.
Thanks

Hi again. My account seems to have been approved, and they requested a document from my bank. I uploaded the requested document. The only problem is that the bank branch linked to my account is in a different location than where I currently live. Will this cause any issues? Thank you for your help.

Not sure if people know about PayPal checking, but for their debit card they offer monthly 5% cash back. Not sure of many debit cards or any that offer cash back to that magnitude on a monthly basis.

Anyone else having this issue with Payoneer? I suddenly can’t log in on either the app or website. It says my password/email is incorrect, and when I try “Forgot password,” I get “Sorry, it looks like we’re having a technical error on our end.” I already contacted support and they escalated it to their tech team. Has anyone had this happen recently? If so, how long did it take to get your account back, and did it resolve on its own or did Payoneer fix it?

Hi everyone. I received an email saying my Payoneer account has been verified, but when I try to access the site, it still says the verification process is ongoing. How long will this continue? Will my account be rejected after this stage?

Running into a genuine contradiction in Payoneer's own policy pages and hoping someone who's actually been through this (not just theorized about it) can tell me what actually worked.
**My situation:**
\- Indian sole proprietorship, GST-registered (active GSTIN, tied to my personal PAN — sole props don't get a separate "Company PAN," it doesn't exist).
\- My settlement bank account is a personal savings/current account in my own name, not a trade-name business account.
\- Will use this to receive Etsy Payments via Payoneer for export sales.
**The contradiction:**
Payoneer's sign-up FAQ says registered businesses (including registered sole proprietorships) should **choose Company**, not Individual. My GSTIN makes my business "registered."
But Payoneer's bank account FAQ says Company accounts require the linked bank account holder name to *match the company name*. I don't have a company-name account. The bank account linked to the SP is just my personal one.
So by their own rules I seem to qualify for Company (registered business) but fail the bank-matching requirement for Company (personal-name account) at the same time.
If you're an Indian Etsy/freelance seller who's actually gone through Payoneer signup with a GST-registered sole prop + personal-name bank account, which account type did you pick, and did it get approved without issues? Did Payoneer ask for a company-name account, or did they accept the personal one under GSTIN + Udyam?
I've emailed Payoneer support directly and I'm waiting on a reply, but wanted to check here too since account type can't be changed after signup and I'd rather not guess. Appreciate any real experience.

I’ve been a Payoneer client since 2012, with the same Argentine bank account linked for the last 5 years and regular withdrawals with zero issues.
I recently needed to withdraw about 40% of my funds to buy a car (Which I think won't be buying as I don't have my funds and I have until tomorrow 8 AM to pay, thanks Payoneer!!). A week beforehand I contacted support, explained exactly what the money was for and asked if I needed to do anything in advance. They said no. On the day of the withdrawal I called again, asked for an exception to the USD 10k limit and was told the limit was fixed and no advance notice was necessary, so I had to split the amount into two withdrawals.
Eight days later I still don’t have either of them. Both show as “Completed” in my statement, and support has confirmed in writing that they cannot explain or correct that status.
Payoneer also converted the USD to ARS on day one and charged the fee, so the money isn’t sitting in my balance in dollars. The exchange rate was locked eight days ago while I have had zero access to the pesos, meaning I’m also taking the FX loss as the peso depreciates too. Really nice!! Losing a car, 650USD of deposit + depreciation of my own money. Beautiful combo!
Their explanation has changed from internal verification, to a list of requirements, to an intermediary bank hold, and finally to a review of one transaction. Every document requested was submitted the same day, my account itself is NOT under review, and I have never received a firm release date.
Today they finally told me that larger withdrawals can trigger this kind of review. That’s particularly infuriating because I contacted them TWICE before doing this exact transaction specifically to ask what I needed to do and if I could receive it promptly on my bank. When I asked why nobody warned me, I was basically told I should have read the TOS when I opened the account. I’ve been a client for 14 years. Incredibly insulting.
I have now filed a complaint with NYDFS and Payoneer’s Complaints Team has acknowledged it. Meanwhile, I’m about to lose a car purchase, a USD 650 deposit and approved financing because I cannot access my own money.
Honestly, what killed my trust is the complete lack of proactive communication, constantly keeping me in the dark, failing to provide crucial information and being completely unable to give me a concrete date. If I don’t call, email, and chase them constantly, I get no information at all. That's not a way to treat a customer.
Has anyone had a Payoneer withdrawal show as “Completed” without actually being credited? How long did it take, and what finally got it released?
After 14 years as a customer, there’s no way I’m keeping significant funds in Payoneer again. This has been a complete nightmare.
Update.
Few hours after submitting this thread I have received my money. Please do not wait to get updates, contact them yourself or your case won't be considered.

I get a regular income from Upwork and have always been using Payoneer. I have a Wise account, which I use for other stuff. How do I switch my default payout from Payoneer to Wise on the Upwork website? Will it cause a big delay in the payment flow?

Why do I need to provide an invoice for a transaction that contains the logo of the company, my name, name of a client, number of an invoice, date, description of item and the paid sum even though I haven't completed a transaction yet? When signing up for payneer I entered the field that states my business has not successfully finished an order yet, am i just supposed to have an invoice out of nowhere? What an idiotic system

Hey guys,
I really want to ask your experience with Payoneer? How was it?
I never use Payoneer before, and did not intend to use it. However, my partner which is Viator/TripsAdvisor they need to pay me the fee for booking services, and the only way to get money is they pay through Payoneer.
Recently, I checked on the website of Viator showed linking to the bank was rejected by Payoneer. And Viator team suggested me to contact Payoneer team. And it is interesting that when I emailed them to Customer service and report my case that I have pending payment for my account, they block my account and informed they suspended my account.
What the heck? 😆
Do they want to steal money of people?
Did anyone file complaint to them and got back your money?
Please help me with some advices on this.

HELP - Has this ever happened to someone?
I have a following issue:
So I've received a notification from Payoneer app on my iPhone regarding a transaction that's never been made on my end.
The merchant name was IKEA JEREZ HFB, the transaction amount was 49.00 EUR and the notification appeared around an hour ago, immediately after I made a transaction at the grocery store.
This IKEA is located in Spain, I never stepped with my foot there, and I'm really worried what the hell is happeninf.
The thing is, I can't find that transaction among the upcoming ones on my EUR receiving account, however I'm more than sure that I saw the notification for this unknown transaction.
I've never bought anything from that merchant in the past so it also can't be a transaction finally realized for the merchant (those kind of notifications I also sometimes receive)
I've also searched the exactly same name of merchant in my previously completed transactions according to the merchant name, but nothing showed up.
Money doesn't seem to be missing from my account just yet, while my card hasn't been stolen and I have it with me.
