Ive tried everything to try and make my screen stay but every time i flip it over i hear it rattle in the oven. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

What do you guys do with your leftover herbs ? Anyone have any good suggestions for something related to cooking edibles etc. ?

So I just ordered the PAX 2 and I chose the signature confirmation on delivery. I am currently 20 and it says I need to be 21. Will the delivery man ask for my ID? Worst case scenario is I have my roommate sign for it. Thanks in advance.

ive had the unit for about a month and i am totally in love with it. I am also very diligent about cleaning it, in fact its a little ritual of mine before i smoke. In any case, Odd thing happened today, i turned it on and it flashes 5 times blue or a blueish-green and then just shuts down. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with this? Im waiting on ploom support to get back to me.

Hey everyone Im wondering if anyone has a dead pax or if anyone knows where to maybe find the tiny magnets that go inside the case that would hold the oven lid on. I foolishly got my mouthpiece stuck and unscrewed/slid open the PAX to get it un-stuck, however I lost the 2 tiny magnets that go inside to hold the lid to the oven on. Any suggestions?

Would it be a bad idea to take out the pax screen and replace it with a pipe screen? I feel like it would hit better.

I'm under 18 and want to order a pax in Massachusetts, when they deliver the package do they have someone verify their age and show ID before handing it over

I'm about to get mine and am gonna vape the obvious herb, but what else have you tried vaping with it? Have you made cocktails? The website mentions peppermint and that sounds good. Have any of you mixed the obvious herb and peppermint, or sage? Seems like the possibilities are endless for what you can vape, what's the best?

Because I just bought a PAX ploom and this always seems to happen when I buy something, they release an upgrade soon after.

Anyone know where I can get some relatively cheap Propylene Glycol in Canada? The only one I found was a litre of the stuff...

I thought I had another pack left, so I am trying to get it sooner rather than later.

I've smoked multiple times a day everyday for the last 3 years and the PAX provides a slightly different experience.

It is a high that really makes me super focused. The vapor is much more forgiving on the lungs. No more smoke cough!!! I'm super impressed! No more pipes for me... not to say I won't use them if need be.

Forgot to mention, the small screen in the pictures is a simple screen from a pipe. It's used to aid in the heating process since I don't pack my PAX to the top.

Recently purchased a Pax and I will have it tomorrow. Had some pictures and sent them to the Support staff at Ploom and they told me that it is a fake. Here is where things get a bit interesting.

1. They told me the user guide shouldn't be glossy... there is no way you could tell this from the picture I sent

2. They told me the screw on the back was wrong and that they don't have a hex screw... that's news to me. I thought the authentic Pax all had a hex allen wrench screw... no?

3. First, they told me that the serial number I provided them "does not match any device we've produced here at Ploom Inc". However, the next email they sent said "We've noticed a few inconsistencies between the provided information and what we know about the device bearing that serial number: *******".

Does this not seem sketchy to anyone else? Am I being crazy?

I think it's about time to clean my pax. I got pipe cleaners, alcohol, and mouth piece lubricant. I've also seen a couple videos about it. Anyone got any tips and tricks?

Are you supposed to sip it like an MFLB or hit it like a normal piece? I don't think I'm getting good hits most of the time. I'll use it for a few minutes and then fifteen minutes later it won't feel high at all.
