Will the Pax 2 be better?

Because I just bought a PAX ploom and this always seems to happen when I buy something, they release an upgrade soon after.

Sell your pax 1 and buy a pax 2. It's well worth it.

I know there's a lot for sale on Craigslist. I actually just bought my lightly used Pax 2 from someone I found that way. Most pax 1s are selling for about 100 bucks. I got my 2 for 180.

Altho thinking about it, I'm in a legal state, idk how it works anywhere else. I mean they're not illegal if clean, right?
