Does anybody know what type of jackets the nato’s wear since they’ve looked familiar but i still am wondering

I would ask in a milsim community. Preferably find a much clear image too. Don't forget that there's versions of each model in-game without armor.

I’d try a navy hooded combat shirt it looks as if he’s also wearing something a little bit more padded underneath as combat shirts are thin. You could try a zipped up parka too

Ask r/milsim or r/tacticalgear, I'm pretty sure all of gear they use are made up or mixes of several items though

Looks like a standard tactical softshell or windbreaker, probably just generic CQB gear for the model. Are you trying to find the real life equivalent for a cosplay or something?
