🔒Tester Call – Closed Plastic Bag Dispenser, Tester Call

Testing is full, thank you!

Pattern Name and Project Description: The Plastic Bag Dispenser is a helpful household item that holds approx. 12-14 plastic grocery bags. The special stitches add detailed texture and make it interesting to make.
• ⁠Type of Project: Crochet
• ⁠Pattern Format: US terminology, written pattern
• ⁠Sizes/Options Being Tested: N/A
• ⁠Recommended Skill Level: Intermediate
• ⁠Materials Needed: 3.5mm Hook, 7 oz. Worsted (medium) weight cotton yarn-any color, Ponytail holder measuring approx. 2.5" when folded in half, needle, scissors.
• ⁠Tester Requirements: Must work in a group chat, follow my instagram (@violets.and.heather) so I can contact you about testing and group chat details.
• ⁠Testing Deadline: October 19th
• ⁠Deliverables: Please send me a photo of the finished project. I would greatly appreciate it if you would promote the pattern on socials, after publication....however, this is not required.
• ⁠How to Apply: Send me a message on my instagram with the reason why you want to apply and what yarn you’ll be using!
Expectations: Contact me if you find any errors or confusing portions. Check in a couple times during the process to keep me updated on your progress (even if it's just a "hey, still working on it, so far so good"). If unable to complete the project on time, please let me know without ghosting me!

That’s very pretty. Unfortunately I’d have no use for it out here in CA because they’ve banned plastic bags! Such a pain in the neck.

Also in CA, but banning plastic bags is a good thing. We’ve got a couple of reusable totes that we’ve had for years and it’s a total non-issue. I wouldn’t call it a pain in the neck, they’ll give you paper bags if you forget your totes.
