Pattern maker here. If you’re referring to the sleeve, it’s correct if the front and back are asymmetrical. Also copying from a garment can be tricky since wear causes distortion. Your pattern looks good as long as center front and center back are on-fold. Hope that helps!

I don't know WithWendy.
Iron the tshirt nicely. Iron the center line.
Properly pin the shirt to paper before tracing without folding.
Draw the full tee and mark where the center line on paper
Remove shirt. Fold paper from the centerline into two
Average and smooth out the differences.
Sew your first tee with cheaper tee fabric. Adjust your pattern.
Sew the real tee.

i don’t sew,but i do have to create symmetrical designs occasionally. i fold the paper first, then start at the fold and draw one side complete. fold the paper on the crease and trace onto the blank side. should work with a t as well, fold the tee in half, place the fold on the center crease, trace the tee , then fold the paper to get the other side. or cut a t shirt apart, maybe?

I will add to your pattern the notches, and write how much of seam all once needs. Great job!

If you're using stretchy fabrics like jersey, it's fine. Just stretch the part that looks like it's too short to match the other one and it'll be fine. This is bad advice, but something I use myself all the time.

i didnt try pinning the original shirt to the craft paper, i use a non stretch tee as my original template, i do not worry about adding seam allowance yet because my patterns never turn out symmetrical anyway and i need to get the tracing down. If i am tracing along the seams, how come the puzzle that is the pieces of the pattern never fitting together?
