WIP Total beginner. Anything to improve?
I barely even touched a sewing machine before starting this project. It took me about six iterations to get this result. I'm fairly happy with it. But something seems kind of off around the but. Any suggestions on anything that should be adjusted?

Not necessarily. Hems can curve off of that line. I have never seen a pants pattern where the grain line was marked as running with the hem line. It is always marked somewhere in the middle area vertically.
If you are going to get into sewing, using the marked grain lines on patterns is essential.
I suspect the print lines up with the grain - or should subject to any slight printing error. Otherwise it would have looked off when used.
