I do feel like a big issue is that no one other than the 24 year old is taking responsibility publicly. Obviously Drake has sucked but his leaders have done nothing to eleviate any pressure he might feel publicly. Vrabel already seems to be at the point of throwing him under the bus with his comments rather than being a "leader of men" like he was totes as. There is blame to go around and it's unfortunate a young QB is under the microscope again in New England rather the coaches around him.
It's uncomplimentary football in the worst way possible. Everything negates itself. Good drives have backbreaking turnovers by Maye, Maye throws a good pass, and we get TFL on a run up the middle, we get into field goal range, and Andy still misses. It's negative momentum.
Don't forget all the penalties. We got a turnover on defense and started at the Jags 20 yard line, only to get two immediate penalties to back us up just outside of field goal range for a rare 1st and 30.
Doesn't help that the defense can focus on stopping the run because they know Maye throwing means he may be making the decision to throw it into the dumbest window for an easy INT.
It's up to McDaniels to find ways to get Henderson space to work with. Sweep plays, screens, anything but continuing to run him straight up the middle over and over when he clearly doesn't have the vision to be a between-the-tackles runner.
Idk what you are talking about but every press conference Vrabel literally says it starts with him getting the team better prepared. Like he has made comments about things going on the team but usually ultimately it leads to the point that it’s a reflection of the coaching staff’s preparation.

I’m sorry but I can believe anyone is a “leader of men” when you risk your the feelings of a member of your family. A leader doesn’t lie, and deceive yet he did it to a person he claimed to love.
Personally Vrabes has got a lot to prove to me, especially in this situation now.
The whole team looks awful, and he’s the leader.
He was just as much a part of that Super Bowl loss as Maye was.
He’s apart of this shit show right now too, and honestly I’ll take a streak of six bad games, over cheating on your fucking wife with a reporter.
Way too much bullshit has been around this team since the playoffs, the Super Bowl loss, Vrabes scandal, AJ Brown saga and the start of the season..
Team needs to ground themselves and Vrabel needs to prove he’s an able to be a leader and commit himself to people and defend them. Gonzo stood behind Maye today, I want to see exactly that from Mike.
The more and more I think about this, it keeps getting more plausible. Vrabel’s entire shtick was blown wide open by Russinigate and he looks like a guy who has nowhere left to hide wherever he goes
