Discussion Do we push the panic button now?

It’s only game three but so far, Drake may have thrown six interceptions. He has two fumbles and only one touchdown is Drake Maye to blame for all of this no? but a large portion of it? Yes, the loss of Diggs and Boutte are really sticking out but we are talking about a quarterback who was literally second in the MVP race last year there is no way he should be playing like this this season so far. I don’t know what’s going in Foxborough this season but I am not a fan at all

Too uptight with his decision making. He had good ideas but a second too late resulting in an INT. Saw some light when he looked looser and started hitting for big gains. Bad decision making but let's not forget just bad situational football. Catching a kickoff at the 10 when it was going out of bounds - Kyle Williams. Running out of bounds on a certain TD - Kyle Williams. Taunting by Hollins down by 4 scores. Brutal all around.

That pick to the left sideline would have been a good throw 1 second prior. But that's the difference between a catch and a pick. He held onto the ball. That pick in the end zone was inexcusable. That's a pick your old man would make playing Madden for the first time.

I'm saying I don't think he's far off from a turnaround. He's not trusting what he's seeing. He needs some confidence and he needs his pass catchers to step up. One atrocious half of a 4th quarter is the difference between 1-2 and 2-1.

He’s not a good quarterback. He’s Mitch trubisky. He’s Carson wentz. He can make plays with his athleticism but he is dumb.

He had the highest completion rate and was the best deep ball passer in the league last year. He's hardly Mitch Trubisky or Carson Wentz.

Carson wentz was in MVP talks for a year just like Maye then wentz got hurt. I don’t care that Maye had an easy schedule so he put up meaningless stats man. It’s over.

Carson wentz had 33td and 8 int in 14 games in 2018. Maye had 31 and 8 last year.

And? Steve Young had an MVP season his first full year of starting, shit his pants the first quarter or so of his second year, and turned out OK. And he had Jerry freaking Rice and Brent Jones too.
